Welcome to the home of the British Poultry Council - the voice of the British poultry meat sector. Poultry meat is one of Britain's favourite foods. We are a voluntary trade association with have information on many poultry-related topics including poultry breeding, poultry meat, chicken production, poultry farming, poultry transportation and much more besides. The Council actively participates in research on bird health and welfare and food safety.
